Chika Mary Godwin, serving as the HR lead, is a dynamic and results-driven professional with over five years of extensive experience in human resources, specifically in the Oil & Gas and FMCG sectors. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Nigeria, ATSWA, and HRM, and has completed a Virtual Assistant program with ALX. With a bachelor's degree in Economics and numerous certifications in her area of expertise, Chika is committed to delivering exceptional service, fostering volunteer independence, and driving organizational growth, capability, productivity, and innovation through collaboration with volunteers and stakeholders. In her recent role, Ms. Chika successfully oversaw the human resources components of a major national restructuring initiative. She was instrumental in devising and executing a comprehensive talent management strategy for our personnel division. Additionally, she has conducted various training and development sessions focused on diversity and inclusion, workforce development, organizational planning, volunteer engagement, and performance management.
